What you’ll do

• Reverse-engineer and replicate competitors' solutions
• Identify their weak spots
• Build better ML systems of our own
• Work with text, images, and data
• Build pipelines (collection, processing, generation)
• Evaluate quality and improve results
• Ship to production and keep it stable

Requirements

• 3+ years in applied ML (production)
• Experience with LLMs, generation, embeddings
• NLP + basic CV / image generation
• Python (APIs, pipelines, deployment)
• Comfortable working with data from diverse sources
• Able to measure model quality
• Focus on product outcomes, not just metrics
• High level of independence

Nice to have

• Content / ad generation
• Reverse-engineering of other ML products
• Model fine-tuning
• MLOps (logging, experiment tracking)
